The Power of Juicing

Juicing is powerful tool to keep your body in optimum health. I juice every other morning creating enough that I can refrigerate some in a mason jar for the following morning. The nutrients are good for 24 hours. I mainly make a combination of celery, beet and ginger for stamina and anti-inflammatory needs. Make sure whatever you're juicing is organic since it's a concentrated form and you don't want any chemicals in your juice. Some say 16 oz is the holy grail but I find 8-10 oz of fresh juice keeps me feeling amazing!
