Sesame Soba Noodles With Steamed Broccoli

This is a quick easy tasty meal, give it a try! Ingredients:

6-8 broccoli florets per bowl, steamed till slightly soft but still some crunch

1 12 oz package soba noodles cooked as per package instructions

2 cups chopped scallions

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbs rice vinegar

3 tbs sesame oil

1 tbs sugar, I used coconut sugar

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbs sesame seeds white or black


St your broccoli florets set aside. In a bowl combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and pepper. In a large skillet add 2tbs veg oil, I used sunflower. Add the scallions and cook for 1 min then add the contents of bowl, combine then add the precooked noodles, sesame seeds and simmer 2 mins. Serve in bowls garnished with the steamed broccoli sprinkle a bit more sesame seeds and fresh scallion.
