Roasted Sesame Bok Choy with Thai Curry Nuggets

I love these protein nuggets made by Hodu they are precooked and seasoned and can be combined in so many ways I made them with roasted bok Choy here’s how I do it:

Ingredients

6-8 baby bok choy cut in half if you have the larger ones quarter them

3 tbs soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

juice of half a lime

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp sesame seeds I used black sesame

1 package curry protein nuggets


In a bowl combine the soy sauce, ginger, pepper, sesame oil and lime juice and toss the bok Choy in it. Set your oven on broil. Place the bok Choy on a pan cut side up and broil for 10 mins until slightly charred, halfway through add the protein chunks so they heat up. Serve on plates great over rice and drizzle with remaining sauce from the bowl.
