Natural Pumpkin Spice Creamer
I had leftover pumpkin purée and decided to make my own creamer, so much better than store bought which is loaded with chemicals and I can control the sweetness. So easy and delicious add to coffee or tea or in cereal/oatmeal. Here’s how I do it:
Fill an empty mason jar (or any glass jar with a top) and add a few heaping teaspoons of pumpkin purée. Add milk of choice, I used oat milk but you can use dairy, almond etc then I added some pumpkin pie spice, about 1tsp, if you don’t have this add a little ground cinnamon, clove, nutmeg then add sweetener of choice I’m using monk fruit sugar but you can use honey, agave, brown sugar or even Splenda or no sweetener at all but I find it tastes better with a hint of sweetness. Close the lid give it a good shake then keep in refrigerator, should be fine for a few days.
