Growing Fresh Herbs

The key to healthy delicious cuisine is using fresh herbs. They add a burst of flavor which allows you to use less salt and are so much better for you than dried herbs from a bottle. If you have a windowsill or some outdoor space for a raised planter, they're easy to grow. All year round I grow basil, parsley, oregano, marjoram and cilantro. I use them in everything, cooked foods, salads, juices, always a great addition to your diet.
