Cauliflower Crust Pizza With Arugala and Balsamic Reduction

This is a great Saturday night treat. You can use my recipe for a cauliflower crust from my past blog but this time I bought a frozen cauliflower crust and it was really good! Here’s how I do it:
Ingredient:
1 cauliflower crust placed on a round pan
1 cup marinara sauce, I made a simple sauce from crushed tomatons, garlic, olive oil and fresh basil
Roughly 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Roughly 1/4 cup pecorino cheese, or Parmesan
1 bunch small leaf arugula
balsamic reduction, I used a store bought one from TJs
Preheat oven to 420F, spread the crust with a layer of tomato sauce then add the mozzarella, pecorino and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes remove from oven and cover with arugala and drops of the balsamic reduction, eat piping hot.
