Balancing Yourself With Qi Gong

Before the pandemic I tried Qi Gong sporadically but since March I’ve been practicing it every day, it has such great benefits for the mind and body. Qi means energy and Qi Gong is often called the art of effortless motion, it’s all about moving the Qi through your body to obtain balance and harmony. For centuries it was reserved for Chinese royalty but then became available to everyone. Stress, anxiety and poor lifestyle choices can lead to a blockage of Qi which ultimately leads to illness. By keeping the Qi free flowing through your body through simple ancient techniques and breathing allows the body to achieve health and vitality. A daily 20 minute routine is all it takes.
